Orange Sky Australia (OS) is a not-for-profit organisation focused on the provision of free laundry and showers to people experiencing homelessness. We're growing, and fast. Since 2014, we've expanded our reach to every capital city in Australia and most recently, we have established Orange Sky New Zealand.
We’re always looking to increase our impact and help more Friends on the street – striving to continually improve is in our DNA at Orange Sky. This role is a key member of our dynamic Operations Team, and vital to the smooth operation and improvement of services across Australia.
No day is ever the same, so the ideal applicant will thrive in a dynamic environment - we need someone who knows how to have lots of balls in the air that can’t be dropped, can think on the fly, and get creative to make things happen.

Our perfect fit is a go-getting administration and customer service extraordinaire. We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar support role within a fast-paced organisation with lots of moving parts.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves delighting customers (or in Orange Sky’s case – volunteers, and our friends on the street) and understands how to deliver high quality support and value to our services.
You’ll be heavy on processes and love working to deadlines, yet fluid in your approach to getting things done – curveballs don’t discourage you because you love the challenge of something new. You’re solutions focused, inquisitive by nature and enjoy building systems and process improvements, with a keen eye for detail.
