Orange Sky Australia (OS) is a not-for-profit organisation focused on the provision of free laundry and showers to people experiencing homelessness. We're growing, and fast. Since 2014, we've expanded our reach to every capital city in Australia and most recently in New Zealand.

The Role

This brand new role is definitely not your average admin support role. If you’re looking for an opportunity to bring your creative flair and entrepreneurial spirit to drive real change providing incredible support to our Innovation Team and external NFP partners, we’re keen to hear from you.

Key areas of this role include:

 

  1. General Support

You’ll provide general administration support to the Innovation Team, including supporting market research, the outreach and sales process and digital marketing and engagement.

 

  1. Audience Support

Your customer service expertise and relationship management skills will ensure an amazing experience for our partners – supporting the transition from sales to customer support. You’ll improve and maintain Orange Sky products (including SaaS products) through collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to our objectives of implementing highly automated customer support systems.

 

  1. Growth Support

Continual improvement is in our DNA here at Orange Sky – so your ability to develop and report on customer retention and success metrics will be key. You’ll conduct analysis, exploration and execution strategies to support Orange Sky products’ development path for quality and growth.

This role really has a bit of everything – from customer success, to pre-sales, to marketing, to sales, to project delivery, administration and much more!

We’re looking for:

Our ideal fit must have proven experience in a similar role with both SaaS support and go-to-market strategies and:

  • Strong tech and IT comprehension & commercial understanding
  • Excellent customer service and engagement focus experience
  • Be a strong communicator in written, verbal and digital environments
  • Experience using internet based applications and CRM databases
