The Role

Key responsibilities for this role include: 


Volaby Partner Support:

  • Supporting the transition from sales to customer support for each audience of Orange Sky products and services, in particular, Volaby (volunteer management software product. This will involve managing both the establishment (i.e. set up), ongoing retention (and where possible) growth of an audience base.
  • Develop, test and implement retention and growth of existing audiences through marketing/retention strategies (with a strong focus on our users’ needs and wants).
  • Improve & maintain products and services Net Promoter Score with user base, where possible obtaining referrals and case studies from existing data bases.
  • A core objective will be to drive customer support to zero (0) touch, product lead and highly automated, to enable scaling of a high quantity of users.
  • Collaborating with both the marketing team, tech team and relevant leaders to help formulate and execute on the customer retention strategies


General Delta Support:

  • Conduct relevant analysis, exploration and execution strategies as required for Orange Sky Projects and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the product manager, developer team and sales/ marketing lead, in order to refine/improve Volaby and other products’ user/market fit. Helping to decide on the best possible development path for quality & growth.
  • Report (and give visibility) on important retention and success metrics involved with product’s user base.

 

This role really has a bit of everything – from customer success, to pre-sales, to marketing, to sales, to project delivery, administration and much more!

Our ideal fit must have proven experience in a similar role with both SaaS support and go-to-market strategies and:

  • Strong tech and IT comprehension & commercial understanding
  • Excellent customer service and engagement focus experience
  • Be a strong communicator in written, verbal and digital environments
  • Experience using internet based applications and CRM databases
