About Orange Sky

Orange Sky is a not-for-profit organisation providing a free mobile laundry and shower service for people experiencing homelessness. We offer a platform for everyday Australians and New Zealanders to connect by creating a safe, positive and supportive environment for people who are too often ignored or who feel disconnected from the community.

We currently operate 36 services across 25 locations in Australia, and three services across two locations in New Zealand. There are 116,000 Australians and 41,600 Kiwis experiencing homelessness, and we’re on a mission to positively connect these communities through clean clothes, warm showers, and genuine, non-judgemental conversation.  We’re driven, dedicated, insanely ambitious and a little unconventional. We take our work seriously, but have plenty of fun along the way. We work hard and ‘get it done’, but always make time to celebrate each other’s success.

The Role

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join the team!. As a member of the Orange Sky Marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating strategic campaigns to raise revenue, recruit volunteers, increase usage of our services and grow awareness of the brand in support of our mission, vision and values.

In particular you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Marketing team through end-to-end campaign coordination to deliver campaigns to raise funds, drive actions from key target audiences and build awareness of the Orange Sky brand;
  • Input into the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns across a portfolio of brands, products, services, programs and audiences;
  • Project and supplier management responsibilities across a wide range of marketing tactics and projects including - but limited to - video production, design, photography and other creative mediums;
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the copy and graphic elements of content work cohesively as part of a campaign or otherwise from a brand perspective;
  • Proofreading and customising content as required, ensuring compliance with brand tone of voice and copyright legislation;
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify areas for growth and opportunities to improve return on investment and objectives;
  • Working with affiliates, agencies and/or internal stakeholders to maximise lead generation for campaigns;
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities through a customer and data-centric approach, and analysing competitor activity to innovate and drive outcomes;
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in the Orange Sky community - including volunteers, friends (people using our service) and service provider partners - to conduct interviews, gather impact content and ensure privacy where appropriate
